Some of our customers just want a "basic" system; however, many want to go for the maximum convenience.  Accordingly, this is a discussion of the "ULTIMATE" installation we can offer.

REVERSE OSMOSIS                                                                          

Of course, we begin with the basic reverse osmosis system with an "automatic" upgrade.  This combination will keep your tank full automaticly once you have hooked up. 

POWER HOSE REEL

Enjoy  the convenience of a power hose reel!  Loose hoses are a mess to store and usually spill water all over your basement.  No problem, install the Glendinning power hose reel.  It can be mounted to the floor or hung from the ceiling to save space.  Just pull the hose out and push a button to initiate the power rewind.  If you already have a Glendinning power cord reel, you should consider the "remote control".  This cool little item allows you to remotely play out the power cord reel as well as rewind it by pressing buttons on a "clicker".  The same "clicker" is used to rewind the power hose reel.

FLOW METER KIT

These flow meters give you a real time read on the product flow as well as the waste flow; the waste flow meter also has a needle valve that allows you to control the waste flow based on the real life parameters you are operating under.  For example, if you're parked where the waste flow is a critical issue, you can throttle it back while making water and then flush it briefly when you're finished to help keep the membrane clean.  By monitoring the product flow meter, you can tell when there is a drop in flow due to low pressure or perhaps due to membrane degradation or fouling.

B&A TDS METER     

 The B & A (before and after) total dissolved solids meter provides a real time display showing the TDS before and after the membrane.  For example, if the before TDS is 100 ppm and the after TDS is only 5 ppm, your membrane is rejecting 95% of the incoming solids.  If the rejection rate drops to 80%, a red light will flash to warn you that your membrane is compromised.  You will be amazed at the poor water quality normally found in the great southwest.  We have seen >800 ppm in Apache junction, AZ.

TANK LEVEL GAUGES

Many of us have less than desirable (inaccurate) tank level gauges for fresh, gray, and black water as well as propane.  Some of our consumers complain that their tank level gauge shows only 60% or so when the system has filled to within an inch from the top of the tank.  If you want to have truly accurate level gauges, consider switching to Sea Level II gauges by Garnet Technologies.  These gauges come in a variety of configurations to fit your needs and are accurate to within +- 5%, depending on your selection.  They use the same wires you already have running to your control panel, so they are easy to install.  All you need to do is install and connect wires to a new sending unit conveniently attached to your water tanks and install the new LED readout in your on-board control panel.  The propane sending unit is the same one you already have, so you just use the same wire.

CONTROL BOX

Most consumers mount the control box in the service bay where it is easily accesible while hooking up; however, once you nave finished that chore, you might want to control the system from inside your rig.  Just install a switch in a convenient place upstairs and run the wires to the control box and connect them in parallel with the existing switch.  If you do the same with the led, you will have control upstairs as well as be able to observe when the unit is making water.
